Messier 13

After gifting the world modern democracy, philosophy and civilisation, Athens has a new output: Messier 13, a shoegaze unit that combines elements of 90s shoegaze with more modern indie rock and dream pop. Their 2020 EP Demo has a lo-fi sound that fully embraces the more noisy and dreamy parts of their identity. Right now, they are back in the studio writing and recording their first full-length album which we cannot wait to dig our teeth into – so in the meantime if you don’t know, get to know Demo.
