VENUE SPOTLIGHT: Crofters Rights

If you’re looking for a classic Bristolian night out, then look no further than The Crofters Rights. There is a big open bar space and a wide array of drinks, but if you’re looking for a Carling or a San Miguel, you are in the wrong place. You may not recognise the names of all the beers, but there’s a lot of fun to be had in trying something new. They also serve pizza with vegan options if you’re looking to line your stomach before a heavy night. 

If you’re looking for an excellent dance to take you to the end of the night, Crofters’ back room provides a lovely sweatbox to shake your hips in. They also offer a variety of sounds from punk to dubstep and techno to indie – so there is sure to be a Crofters night for you. The only aspect that may detract from your night is the tight spiral staircase down to the bogs; expect a lot of foot traffic and if you’re on a bit of a wave, make sure to use the handrail.
